Welcome to SEORA, operated by Patel Bhartiben Pravinbhai
("we", "us", "our") from Surat, Gujarat, India. By visiting
or purchasing from seora.co.in, you agree to these terms.

1. OUR PRODUCTS
The Sovea Work Tote is handcrafted in India using premium
vegan PU leather. Product colours may vary slightly from
screen representations. We reserve the right to update
product details at any time.

2. ORDERS & PAYMENT
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We
accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. Prices
are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST. Use code
LAUNCH20 for 20% off during our launch period.

3. SHIPPING
We ship across India via Delhivery/Shiprocket. All orders
are dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery takes 2–4 business
days. Shipping is free on all orders. Tracking details are
sent via SMS and email after dispatch.

4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer 7-day returns on unused products in original
packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return,

Return shipping is free for defective products. Refunds are
processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment
method.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
SEORA, The Sovea, and all associated content, images, and
designs are owned by Patel Bhartiben Pravinbhai. You may
not reproduce or use our content without written permission.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
SEORA is not liable for indirect losses arising from product
use. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price
of the product ordered.

7. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes
are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat.
